A poem full of action; the lines beg to be repeated just to make sure that we have caught them in our minds. And somehow the cadence comes through not bothered by the rhymes. Every line relentlessly falls into place. I can hardly wait to introduce my own kind of villanelle. Nice work. -Ekim777

Thank you for reading and for this sympathetic review. Glad to hear you say that you are going to have a go at the form, but it is not that easy. I couldn't get this one right for ages. You have to get the repeat line right or nothing falls into place properly.
