I figured that boy was seriously injured, so what's up with that? Is Blaze performing miracles now? Ah yes, I see now that her angel powers are coming back.
Love the last line, Phyllis. you make it sound like going to the mental hospital is like a trip to the seven-eleven for milk and beer.
Great job, you!

So Blaze has the gift of healing. I would love to be able to heal people, I wouldn't get anything else done. Now her life will take on new dimensions.

Wow, that was close. So glad he wasn't hurt badly. good way to show her angel powers still working - which should help with the Sebastian problem.

Thanks, Nancy. Yes, God gave her a chance to build her confidence while also teaching the careless boy an important lesson. :)

I just knew that when "She pulled out into traffic," BANG, now that wasn't lucky. Yes, I'm a nut. I seem to find humor in almost everything, even stuff that isn't really funny. Thanks for another fine chapter. :-)

Thanks, Ric. I can think of verrry few things where I can't find humor. If I stopped laughing, I'd cry myself to death.

Blaise had a real test that she was in God's favour. She should spend the rest of her Earth life as a healer, but then again it might spoil your plot and give her too much notoriety beyond a good life with Theo - which she deserves. On to Sebastian.

Thanks, Alan. Yes, we'll soon leave her in peace after her church wedding. :)

I like the way you used this scene as a test for Blaze. It showed her how God can still use her angelic powers to help others. This will help her as she faces the task of helping Sebastian. 8-)

Hi Phyllis. Blaze sounds like she is getting her angel powers back. Let's hope she keeps on the straight and narrow in her pursuit of Sebastion. A nice little side track from the main story, which depicts Blazes' progress back into God's good books..
cheers

Thanks so much, Annette. Now that shw knows her angel powers are not all gone, she has more hope for changing Sebastian back. :)

Whew! For a minute there I thought the test was a challenge to retrieve the camera and fix it. That would put her back in Satan's hands. What a perfect way to show the healing power of prayer. Again, this might sell in the Christian book market.

I had no doubt Blaze would make things right with the boy. Now she knows what she can do. Who got to the hospital first, Blaze or Luke? Will it be too late for her to convince Luke that the pot-bellied clown is not the man he is looking for? This should be interesting.

A spiritual gift is not easily discarded. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very interesting read. There is very good imagery.
