This was a harrowing ride and I know it's just the beginning. I was laughing as I read this realizing how drawn in I am to this story. This all seems real to me. What great characters, they all seem so genuine. I'm imagining someone speculating, "How do you get to hell?", DUH! The Hellevator. Ha! mikey

Tara thinks she can help Blaze by going to Hell after her. Theo and Gary are determined to make the trip also. Not like going to the Vatican. This will be quite an experience for Father Murphy. He'll have a first-hand experience of what Hell is like. Theo seems especially bothered by the thought of going down below. Tara gives them an idea of what to expect and takes the lead. This is quite an adventure, and well described. judi

I'm surprised it isn't dangerous for the others to visit Hell. Especially the priest. I'm sure Luke would love to have these lovely people in his clutches. I'm sure this is going to get really interesting really soon. Did I mention I was in the mood for another Luke scene? Ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Thanks again. I just added the next chapter, so you can get your Luke fix now. :)

Wow. If that ride didn't give Theo a new perspective on the siuation, nothing will. Can't wait to see where this is going.
I thought God was blocking their progress in catching up with Blaze by stalling the truck, etc. 8-)

Hey, Phyllis, I think this is the first time you went into detail about the hellevator - cool. Great description about the affects of the ride down. Also, I love the image! Does Father Murphy want to confront Luke in person? Why would he go there? Hugs, Lou

Thank you so much, Lou. Yes, this is the first time a Hellevator trip is described... that was fun to do. As for the priest, he talks about Hell all the time, so he's ultra-curious. Now he can say he KNOWS what Hell is like. And he can describe the condemned souls screaming in the fire pits to a terrified congregation. LOL!

Marvelous invention that Hellavator. Better to just cast them down and watch them go. Action flows smoothly. Story line easy to follow. Write on.

Talk about a bunch of party crashers. I don't think I'd volunteer for that trip. It will be interesting what happens when they meet Luke.

Oh boy! Can't imagine anyone wanting to visit Hell. Well, maybe the priest for curiosity's sake. Nice touch with the oil tanker preventing them from reaching Blaze in time. The meeting with Luke should be interesting.

Call me a coward, I wouldn't go there. Never! Not of my own will for sure! My luck the Hellevator would break down and never run again.LOL Great story Phyllis. Another cliff hanger. Will they get her out of there before Luke finds out they are there? To be continued. xsx Nancy
