Thank you Jax Can not believe it has been that long ago..My son in 2000 wife in 2007..But we all must move on, which I have. Still every once and a while that door opens up and memories come flowing out then dissipate again..Kind of like a river or stream during and after the spring thaw..Runs wild for a while then runs slow and deep when the thaw is done

Oh if only we could reach out and talk to a departed loved one for a few precious moments. The things we would talk about. It may well be enough to create a scenario like the one you so cleverly did. Thank you so much BG. Your virtual 6 is plenty for me !!!Pets play such an important part in many of our lives It is hard for me to imagine not including them. If There Was A Heaven I do not think they have a place of their own but share space with the ones who loved and cared for them here on earth..

Thank you so much Lady Judy...All though it has been a while since the passing of both Son in 2000 and wife in 2007 and our dog Happy cat Shylow between those years, The flood gates of the mind still open up letting the memories flow like rapids in a stream. Then close again till the memory dam starts to overflow once again..

I do so appreciate you catching those silly errors..Sometimes we get so caught up in what we are writing that we add or over look things that we wrote..So in this one the same I read over three times and missed both..I did fix as soon as I read your review..FYI My son passed away in 2000 wife 2007 dog and cat in between This has been floating around in my mind for a while finally got it down in writing and am so glad you liked it..As you know it is bit out of my usual comfort zone of rhythm and rhyme thats for sure..lol
