Poor Theo's head must be spinning around. I can't imagine what he will do when he finds out his little wife is one of those former demons. Great Chapter

I have fallen so far behind with my reviewing, please forgive me. So many doctor appointments and next week I will be at Oshners to begin the long process of getting on the kidney donor list.

Thanks so much for reviewing this older one. I didn't know you needed a transplant. Kidneys are probably easier to get than other organs. I would need lungs, but there's really no point, wiht only a fifty percent chance of surviving the procedure. Kidneys are so common now, I even knew a teenage boy who had one. He's thirty now, and doing fine.

A clever maneuver in divulging information not only to Theo but to readers who needed a little catching up. This dialogue heavy chapter does not feel choppy. The physical beats and sporadic , but detailed narrative creates a lively intriguing exchange between the characters.

Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level

The focus telling Theo, Blaze is an angel. The storyline development Father Murphy has Tara tell her story about being an angel and working for Lucifer. He even learns that Cherise had been possessed by Tara. Then Father is preparing to tell him about Blaze.
The dialog is clear and tells and understandable story. The narration shows the action Theo in shock.
The hook will Theo be overly shocked to find out Blaze is an angel and what else she has been and done.
Keep on writing.

Phyllis it had been a bright sunny day but now it is overcast, we are expecting rain. Have a great weekend, *J* Rita

Thank you so verrry much for the generous six stars, Rita. Glad you like the scene. Two more parts of it have been posted, and now Blaze is rushing to Hell, being chased by her friends.

I love Father Murphy's voice in this. It displays his wisdom and spirituality so clearly. I think it's a perfect way to remind the reader that he is special. Sometimes his sense of humor and the situations we find him in obscure that fact a little.
Theo is taking this part of the story pretty well. But part two... well, we'll see. The good part about being behind is that I get to see right now! mikey

It must have been reassuring for Blaze that Tara and Gary were at the meeting with Father Murphy. They offered their support, although they thought they were there in connection with Blaze and Theo's marriage in the church. Theo seems to understand about Tara having been an angel who was a demon and them became a human. He doesn't understand about Cherise. It is complicated! Father Murphy then tells Theo to be prepared for more of the story. How will Theo react when he hears the rest of the story? This really held my interest. judi

This is an important chapter in moving the story along. It is well written with a clear choice of words.

The level of understanding of the characters takes some thought. I try to visualize my hearing such revelations and what my reaction would be. Could they be accepted so readily?

Then again, the entire setting needs a certain level of belief.

Thanks!

Thank you so much, Ray. With the priest there saying it's all true, it's easier (not easy) to believe. :)

Hi Phyllis,

Well, he certainly seems to have taken the news well, but I wonder how he'll react when he finds out the whole truth.

Good description here and realistic dialogue, especially with Father Murphy.

Hugs,
Lou

What a cliffhanger! Sure, Theo accepts it as long as it doesn't concern him up close and personal. Super dialogue and very realistic with Theo thinks they are playing a joke. Tara was never a demon. She's off the hook. But Blaze is a different story. I'm sure he'll be wondering what kind of genes the baby will inherit.

Thanks so much, Shari. Blaze can assure Theo in private that God is taking care of the baby's genes/DNA. :)

Thank you so much, Brooke. The second half of the story will be harder to take, I think. :)
