Good

A poem about the first meeting of a man and his eventual wife, and the feelings and the expectations the meeting stirred.

My attention was drawn by the simplicity of the verses that laid bare the message the author conveyed. I also noticed good end rhymes in the lines of the poem.

I really liked this poem. I liked the picture as well. I know that it is a picture from the soap opera "One Life to Live". I used to watch this show with my Grandmother! I think the poem fits the picture well. Great job.

Hi nomi, hope you showed this to your wife before posting, lol!
A wonderfully penned poem about two young lovers who meet, fall in love and marry, beautifully written in abab rhyme and proximate rhyme with good meter and flow.
