I can not stand bad attitudes in people in whatever walk of life, but especially in air stewardesses, I expect them to be warm and friendly. I fly Norwegian or Flybe and the staff are ultra friendly, The message is simple, you are being paid to do a job, you may as well do it properly and with kindness to your fellow man. Your words did aptly describe the woman who is the center of your poem, and you did a masterful job of doing so.
I like the ending where she sneers, "have a nice day,". How many times have we experience such a "canned" response when dealing with anyone in the service profession?

A neat change of direction in the second half of the poem made me sit up and take notice and put a wry smile on my face. It flows well but I wonder why you needed to hyphenate 'nondescript' and 'lipsticked' as these are words in their own right (at least lipstick is anyway) and not compounds like African-American which you have correctly hyphenated. A most enjoyable read.
