Well written scene showing through Tara's actions just how guilty she
feels. Blaze tries unsuccessfully to let her know she has nothing to
feel guilty about.

WOW! What an emotionally draining chapter. Poor Tara, the embodiment of guilt. What a great depiction of the way it eats away at someone. It can be devastating. It looks very similiar to schizophrenia. It becomes a manic state and a logic that is hard to argue with builds a shell around someone. Very hard to break through. Another huge surprise ending. Gary sees Franny? HMM. Well, off to Heaven. I hope I don't say that again for another twenty years or so! mikey

Thanks, Mikey. Gary had to see Franny so she could tell him NOT to wake the girls.

We get to see Tara's humanity displayed through a open sore of vulnerable. Her self punishment makes situation more understandable to readers. Blaze's heartache over Tara's agony made me want to cry. It's a breaking point that something outside of them needs to correct.

Thanks so much, Muffins. Franny will take them on a trip and they'll get what they both need. :)

Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level

The focus Tara in self-hate.
The storyline development Blaze goes to see Tara, she finds Tara wanting God to take Blaze to heaven and her being sent to hell. Blaze works hard getting Tara to listen to her. They both fall to sleep when Franny pops into the house.
The dialog is clear and gives a good mental picture of what they are going through. The narrative shows the action of Tara fighting Blaze off verbally.
The suspense runs through the whole chapter and is solved by both falling to sleep.
The hook what is Franny going to let the two know?

Phyllis, I'm up to two r/r a day now, I have to read back chapters as soon as I can. Have a great week. *o* Rita

Oh Tara is in a very dark place right now - how fitting that Blaze will once again try to rescue her - it is kind of their pattern - but maybe this time Blaze will succeed.

Thanks so much, Maria. True, Blaze always wants to rescue Ginger. God will have to straighten this out. He's the only one that can. :)

Pity parties aren't my normal cup of tea, but this nicely written and considering how well you developed Tara as an emotional person this fits perfectly. Well done.

I am sure Franny can help. I bet Father Murphy could too. You have written a wonderful post describing the Tara and Blaze's emotional upheaval.

Thanks for reading today, Barbara, and don't worry about Tara. Franny is taking them both on a little dream trip. :)

Franny appeared to Gary? WOW! Taking them on a trip in their dreams sound very interesting Phyllis. I think Tara is allowing herself to over act. She should not stress out like that she could lose the baby. Can't wait for Franny dream tour.
Well done. :<) Nancy

Thanks, Nancy. It's easy to SAY "Don't stress out" but not easy to DO when you're in that state. :)

Franny always has a few tricks up her sleeve, and with the help of God's know all and see all, she has come to save the day, again. Thanks for another fine chapter. :-)

What a sad conversation with Tara, who sure is having a major case of the guilts as she is "soul sick." I really like the loving reassurance Blaze gives her. :-) And now Frannie's turn... Brooke

Thanks for reading all that today, Brooke. Franny will take them on a dream trip. It's overdue for Blaze, but Tara needs it now as well. :)
