Can't we all just get along?50 total reviews

I am one to believe that the majority of people in this world are good but there are those who wish to kill and destroy. ISIS is the main problem I feel we are facing at the moment, it seems that any minute now the world is expecting another terrorist attack which begs the question indeed: why can't we all get on. Thanks for sharing...Jacob

This is a very inspiring message and you raise a very important question, "why can't we all just get along?" That's a question that has been haunting us from the beginning of time and I don't imagine it will ever stop. Your presentation is gorgeous. Great job. Bill

Your poem flows extremely well and the topic is interesting and universal. Why can't most humans show love and kindness to others? Yes, we are all sinners so who are we to judge others? seems to me to be the theme of this poem. Well written. Wendy.

Too much suffering and pain already here...We do need to try harder and look for what we have in common instead of what separates us...Your poem has a great message for the world and what better time to serve it than during this Easter season. Peace to all!

Very good message in this poem, also good word flow, and rhyming. Very true that grace is what we need to show each other, and it seems the judgment begins before the grace can be shown.

Excellent point and always good timing. It would be great if we could all get along - even Jesus didn't get to see that while here with us. Great topic - thanks for writing and sharing.

This lovely poem is filled with good-sense, BG. I like that you mention how people watch the news, only fueling their feelings of frustration and letting themselves be convinced of the sin of others. This is a particularly poignant message for this coming Easter holiday.

This is a quite wonderful and effective poem about God's grace. The rhymes are smooth, the lines are polished, and the message is powerful. Thank you for sharing.

Amen to that, boxergirl! I couldn't agree more with what you've written here. The media loves to hype racial events to stir up dissension, create chaos among the masses. They only care about their bottom line -- the ratings. Does anyone truly believe that very many of them feel for a young, unarmed black male being gunned down in the streets by callous cops? Or a white girl gang raped by a group of Hispanics in a seedy part of Anytown, USA? No, but they want you and me to care, and they make damn sure we know about such incidents too.
Great poem, with excellent rhyme, rhythm and flow, on a very pertinent topic.
Excellent presentation, too!
