Sandra Mitchell, okay this is absolutely endearing to say the least. Purrrrfect rhyme scheme for the feline notions. I am absolutely sure our pets do feel a sense of jealousy when another enters the house. bravo... jlsavell

I wouldn't be able to pass that up either! What an adorable face. What a darling picture! Makes me want to run out and get another kitten. My Tiger died in the fall. You made my day with this one Sandra. Hugs. Nancy

LOvely kitten, isn't it, Nancy. I just couldn't resist it. I have a cat called Tiger, we thought she was a he until she gave us our Millie, LOL, she was a long haired feral, beautiful though and her little girl is pure black, and spoilt. My Tiger was taken by an eagle for it's young. I was devastated. This happened in Spain. Thanks for your lovely review, my friend. xsx sandra

OMG Sandra! An Eagle picked my tiger up and dropped him. In the process it poked his eye out and he was paralized from the fall. I nursed him back to health and he lived 17 years. He was a curly tail minx. Quite rare.

Was he able to walk again? That is such a lovely story, you should write a story about it, there are loads of cat lovers on here I've learnt, who all have a story to match my one asking for God's help. lol. xxx

I held him and exercised his legs and massaged his body. He walked in circles at first I think from the head injury. We were very close and I know he loved me above all else.

If only they could talk, would they ever have tales to tell. Now would be cat tails. Well done. Cute photo. I find nothing wrong. Blessings to you.

This is such a cute little poem, it warmed my old heart to read it. I love the way you took the picture and wrote the words to match it perfectly. This is great. Take care my friend. Bill

Tell Delia, she tried, but the hitman wanted too many of her prawns!! LOL, thank you my friend, glad you enjoyed it! xsx Sandra

Oh, Sandra, this is just adorable. Actually, I had a friend who had taken in a new cat who took the place on his lap. His older cat never sat on his lap again.

Of course in your poem the length of residence is reversed.

That picture is priceless and you conjured up the cutest poem to compliment it.

Hugs,
Lou

Thank you, Lou, the photo just leapt out of Google Images, I had to write something for it. If you ever get stuck for inspiration, Google images is the place to go. I have the greatest sympathy for your friends older cat, awww, that is such a shame. I bet he would have asked God to do the same thing! LOL. Hugs, back! Sandra

Yes, I use Google images. My ideas usually come first and then it's a challenge to find the right image.

A little prayer "Good Evening, God" It's just amazing how many times God gets dragged into something. Today He has to find another home for the other cat. Well done.

Is there anything you don't write we'll. To me your work is always six star worthy (I'm all out otherwise...).

This obviously is adorable from the picture alone. But you poem takes the photo to another level and could be a bookmark sold on stores! It's marketable...

Nicely done. John

Thank you so much, my lovely friend, you certainly know how to put a smile on a lady's face! Your words are always 6 star, John, and I really appreciate you. The bookmark, what a lovely thought, but I wouldn't have a clue how to do something like that. I'm just really pleased my friends enjoyed it, and you are one of them. :) Sandra xsx

Too cute. Love the photo. Adored the poem. Of course I am a cat lover. So this is totally not fair. I guess this little kitty will have to learn to share.

I don't know where my big girl is. Oh there she is. Sleeping, what else? When she needs attention, she will come over and march across my lap top, which is on my lap. She is not a lap cat. She is "a sit next to you if I feel like it cat." Which is good, 'cause she is a big one. She is a "ragdoll" breed.

This is a great poem my friend with such a cute photograph. I enjoyed reading it and reviewing it. I liked the scene, a jealous cat praying for God to find his rival a new home lol. Thank you for sharing.
