Silenced to appease ...not up to me anymore. Who's next...? Appreciate you Roy and your support of Christian value. You're a great creator of visual emotion. Always admired your gift. Love Michael

Interesting choice of thematic and I like how you construed the poem around King David which m has given us the psalms. A fire burns in Jerusalem and one in Rome all in the name of faith.

Yes silence allows what shouldn't be to thrive....it is Christian responsiblity to stand against evil...not to compromise with or worse...always follows. My bed keeps me friendly company and my honor sleeps intact. Indeed it is high time to draw the line.
Appreciate you stopping by. Smile....love Michael

This poem is well thought out with great usage of visual words as well as emotional words. "leading by divine guidance" -that is a powerful line! I enjoyed reading this poem. Well done. Respectfully, -January L.

Amen, Michael. A sixer for this one and for the tenor of the poem. All Christians need to rise, to speak out and to effect a difference, both at home and abroad.

Great job,
Gayle

Hey what a surprise...hello green eyes...-smile- high five...-wink- ah...speak out....hmm our point of view...if we could at least agree on main theme and faith end of one day seen. I worry about "radical" anything....even us whom profess His work as their own...and taking it some place ego drives sitting next to pride. Perhaps their many among this "belief" "faith" that do as their told out of fear and would run from it forever if they knew how...ever
if it were to come to war between good and evil...I am on Gods side, the One who doesn't swing first but last. I know how our Bible ends Gayle....and yes, it does seem to be playing out...why it should be surprise, is surprising. but if somebody comes at me with swords drawn....I'm going to try to kill them before they do me.
we have...had a government...who represented each of our individual and whole care in this regard at one time....it should never have come to where we worry about defending ourselves against this kind of hate on our own soil....but again we have caught sleeping...and the dragon has made lair in our home.
    ahh well thanks Gayle...love Bug-

Dear Michael - your inspiring words bring a sense of inner peace to the battle ground....that patriotic pride swells in this work. Really nicely captured and ventured into the path so many have forgotten.
Thanks for sharing,

This is a good poem my friend. I was going to ask, why the building in the picture was on fire, but you cleared that inquiry up in the second half of the poem. Thank you for sharing.

I agree with this poem and I too pledge allegiance to our flag. It is just an awful shame that many who sit in positions do not love America, they just love their positions of power to push the little folks around. I rather think God ids not very happy about what is happening in America after all the blessing he gave us because we were founded on His truths.

Hi nancy.....why thank you....we are the people...it is our sons and fathers....who have fought and died to protect our freedom. That wake up everyday to turn the wheels of our America. We the people are America. Not our puppet government put there and controlled by the elite and complete in selfish concern, even at real risk of long term detriment to its constituents and our childrens future inheritance. It is and always has been our responsibility to insure our own safety and history recorded iS representative of the majorities rule. Bug-.

Wow! This is the very first time, I have read a note from you, dear, and I'm glad. You're a kind of shy and it is evident in your profile. Your notes help me understand more about your post and what you are thinking. I hope you do that often.

I couldn't open the video. It's buffing because of slow connections. Be safe always, dear Michael. c", mae

Hi Michael,
the ideal fills my thought and stomach with a hopeful excitement... your words fly me high, and I will believe in the power that illuminates the wings of true strength--always... in that I have faith and in that--I will fly.

Inspirational and energy plus... my hope, the stars shine proudly, with the integrity that formed its creed.

With our thoughts we create,
a fire extinguisher,
James.
