Just the other day my yard looked like that. Schools were on a two hour daily. Yet, by later later noon. When the sun shined we wouldn't have known it snowed. Nothing was left.

Good haiku form. I like the last line. As much as I love to see snow on my fir trees and shrubs, I'm always afraid of breakage to tender branches, so I sweep it off my yews.

The branch bows because it must
I love that...then stands in the sun....snow does bow us down life does too but we can spring up to stand in the sun
Yay
God bless

Absolutely true. The branches are amazingly flexible when you think about it since they snap back into position as soon as they are able.

I really like this little haiku, and I have to be honest with you.. they are not my favorite type of poetry. But every once in awhile I come across one I really like. This one got to me because I feel bad for the branch and then I'm so happy for it's strength in standing back up! Well done!

Loaded branches of snow bend, sometimes break, but when the snow is shaken off or melts, those branches pop back up.
Excellent.
