What a life to have within our world today
To have to live like this must be a horrible way
to survive. Maybe if as a world with so many wanting
love , food and comfort instead of abusing them

I had to read it my usual 5 times, but at least I'm not setting this aside as unconquerable.
I have a feel for the gist. Pimp tangling with white knight father, killing pimp, keeping daughter off the street and the cop knows justice has already been served.
How'm I doin'?
And is this a common theme, Walt? I read about it before, but with some liquor thrown in.

I sent you a long winded report, but the system dumped it, just think police blotter, fighting for above the fold, parade, twist of human.. Always thank you for visiting, problem these days, way to common, too many dads have to fight their way out of drug dens, life has too little value, expectations of the better life, not having to work for....later my friend.. "Street Work" is a very transparent, informative and humble acknowledgement of what I have heard from others but not experienced myself. The writer is moving forward and we all are invited to look with a more isolated view at a cop and his family that invites greater mental scrutiny.
