Thank you so much for the insightful comments. It's true that they are much alike, both strong and no stranger to playing dirty. Lorna would make a good demon, in fact. And demons stick together and help one another, so Blaze feels an obligation to help one of her own kind, even if she is technically a human. :)

Some creep must have done something awful to Lorna, but she's going to have to get over it if she wants the senator. Will jealousy be enough to get her in bed with him? She doesn't seem like someone who will play it safe.

This story WILL end with this book, if I survive it. I admit I'm going to miss Luke and the gang, but I shouldn't get TOO cozy with the Devil, I think. LOL!
