I was so caught up in the story I forgot about Blaze, but thanks for the explanation. Lorna is every scuzball and politician's perfect attorney. She is clearly smart and knows how to put the screws to a guy. Great chapter. Sorry I took so long to get to this, but I have been busy wallowing in self-pity and whining about my painful toes.

Thanks so much, Alan. Lucifer is just watching, hoping Blaze will fail in the mission he's assigned so he can bring her back to Hell. He's angry because she won't have sex with him. She did on Friday ONLY because he was using Senator Blake's body. Now she has the hots for the senator, and Luke will NOT like that at all.. if and when he finds out. :)

Thank you for saying that, Barbara. I do have a plan that involves Blake. He'll act as the catalyst to turn Blaze against evil on Earth. But for now, she has the hots for him and wants a repeat of Friday night...but this time without Luke "wearing" Blake's sexy bod. :)

Thank you so much. Blake and Blaze will get together, yes, for she has the hots for his gorgeous bod, even tho he is unaware that "he" (well, his body with Luke possessing it) and she made love Friday. She wants no part of Luke, but she can't resist Blake. :)

Seems like Sebastian is a new comer, or I missed a chapter or two? Yep, I remember the golden rule about FANBOYS. the comma before it. Poor Jack. Things don't look promising for the competition. I say, Jack is depressed and required medication. Blake will be the victor of the spoils as Jack wallows in his pig-stile. Maybe he should consider quitting politics. Sad face. Nope. I thought she left her laptop in China?it's a pretty good chapter with her character in it. Amanda Crabtree. She has a sister named Annabella. Bella for short. Two brothers. Chester and Cory. A dog named Corky. She convinced me to make her a character in my novel. Super duper is Amanda's favorite saying. Lol! Sh would be tickled to see it, you too.

The way the spin on this story is evolving is classic. The chess players: Blake, Lorna and now Jack are going to checkmate the public and King Clay. But, wouldn't it be interesting and a cold slap in the face if Clay had his own game play and upset the entire board?

This is a juicy chapter and extremely clever.

Thank you so much for this intriguing review. Clay is a politician too, after all. I can see where he would not take this lying down. That would be fun to go that way, but I need Blake to get together with Blaze... that's why he's in the story, to change her mind about working for Luke. :)
