Scat cat,and stay away from the hives, I don't care if you do have nine lives. Scat! Well Bro, I can see the rhyming poet is at work. Have a solid white Purrisan, she is an outside cat. Best to you in the contest. Blessings to you.

After reading your interesting poem, I felt like the cat got the can'ary. Having said that, I would not take a decision in blink of an eye like you to choose the life of a cat. I might have let the cat out of my bag but does not matter.:)-

The first really good 'the cat sat on the mat' verse. Clever and funny--and true. Come to think of it, I would too. Too bad you had to miss the contest, strong contender. Kenny

Well done! God got a guernsey, though I'd dispute the pecking order from 2, downwards. Your description of their lives, attitudes and persona is very accurate; amusing to read in verse. I bet you invite a million cat story reviews. I'll spare you mine and just say, I have a beautiful dog, who does give a damn, and cares deeply about me if I have food at hand.
Good fun read, well written.
Dare I say it, not your usual style...there I said it. LOL
Have a beautiful Sunday.
God Bless
Mark
PS: You got a great poem out of Jax Franklin. Best one I've read from her.

A cat lover. Maybe if you switched. Give a sod with care. Because with sod on the end it takes away from the flow. Thank you. It was a good read.

LOL, Roy.
You've sure encapsulated a cat's life with great humour. They can twist their owners round their little PAWS.
Thanks for the smiles this morning.
Cheers, Ray.

We are too, tongue in cheek Eric, you don't have to love a cat, to know they're imperious nature, not all, but some! We have owned many cats and dogs over the years, both blessings, great review and comments, appreciate them, Eric
