I don't want anyone forcing me int a 'sissy-ass summer dress' As a matter of fact I don't want to be put in a dress at all. I hate dresses and even told my kids not to bury me in a dress. Blessings. Pat

This was a nice twist on the how spring affects you theme. Very good touch of humour, good use of rhyming and descriptive language. That baby knows how to tell you how things really are! Good luck in the contest. Faye

I love the expression on the baby's face. I can imagine this baby thinking exactly what was written in this poem. You communicated your idea well and loved the simplicity of your writing.

Hi...oh fun, the picture and the poem. I love the reasons and..well it is not a mean bnaby, it is a smart baby...I hated that pink nasty thing i had to put on after a bath ..when company was coming...

This meets the contest requirements splendidly. This is hands down the most imaginative approach to the prompt and I am sure many a baby has the same thoughts LOL - especially about the dress as I know I did. I wish you all the best in the voting and thank you so much for sharing this with me.
