Hello Brooke it's great how you used Sawyer's laughter to influence one can not halt the process of growth
Why not laugh about getting older each day
Great philosophy

That brought a smile to my face - I love a good contagious laugh - and those of children are always the best! Thanks for sharing such a joyful happy message.

Perfect poem for the pictures of Sawyer. Easy read with a nice flow. Good rhythm. A happy and up beat poem. You can't
look at the photo and read the poem without smiling your self.

To adewpearl,
Laughing is contagious; once you feel giddy or overwhelmed by some ridiculous comment your jaws cannot contain itself. Especially when you are in a crowd.
Nice flow and cadence to your quatrains.

Don't gave my sixes back yet, but i found this aabb rhymed poem pure delight. The inspiration from your happy grandson, Sawyer ,is clear. Love all the in- line rhyming that gives it such joyful exuberance. Great pace. Great imagery.

Oh my goodness. This is too funny. Trying to stop giggling, is hard enough. But to block a full blown laughing fit, impossible. Loved the visual as well.

Virtual "6" You never cease to amaze me. Well penned. Light and airy feeling for a children's poem is a nice touch. This is seen in the progression, rhythm and flow; just right for children. Keep 'em coming, Deb :)

The title drew me in - but combined with the pic I was sold before I even read it. I feel like I've read & loved your stuff a lot... But I never pay attention to who/what I'm reviewing (somewhat intentionally - somewhat not.. lol). Wait......... I so have!!! LOL. You are brilliant. Seriously. I need to get on this children poetry stuff. I love to read it, why not try to write some. ;)
Nicely done. :) <3 Jill P.
