It seems Sawyer had a very good time at Halloween and really enjoyed it. The notes are nice to read and complement the poem. Nicely done!
Kind regards
Sarah

This is yet another interesting poem that the author has created with this piece of work. This is a wonderful story about Sawyer's Halloween.

From all that you have described of the young ones, it surprises me not that he heeds no danger in the face of treat retrieving. I hope he had a lot of fun, and yourself as well. :)

I'd say that Sawyer has abright future ahead. He already appears to possess courage, focus and determination.
"Eyes on the prize" seems to be the way to go.
As a nanna myself I love to hear of Sawyer's day.
A lovely image and recount.
:) Shirley

Another Halloween hipshot, pretty much on target. Had cold rain and zero trick or treaters on my wild mountain. Had the urge to go out myself. No costume needed.

Thanks so much, LIJ - yeah, we get not trick or treat action in my apartment complex - it's always nice to hear about the neighborhoods that enjoyed the fun :-) Brooke

Nice poem. I liked the idea of walking by the headless bride and not noticing because he had a treat in mind- a reward.Perhaps I need to walk through the storms of life boldly, looking not at the situations before me, but at the reward in the end! Well done!

LOL! Halloween "horror" as seen through the eyes of a candy-loving child. Brilliant! We do the scary decorations for ourselves, really, and have fun with it. The kids don't really care... they just want the candy! :)

LOL! Very good one! I used to go trick or treating without a costume or disguise...Some people fainted...Once, I got drunk(I was 37. You know how we are as kids...)and went trick or treating, nude. I woke up on my neighbor's driveway in a few puddles....
Peace,
Mike

Cute one, Brooke. Sawyer is a smart kid. He knows something fake when he sees it. LOL. I'm glad he wasn't frightened of those things. Good job with this one, too. Miss Sally
