Excellent and original metaphors.
I really like, 'nothing but beneath'.
Excellent alliteration throughout.
As I've said a couple of times in my reviews of free verse, today, with respect maybe consider splitting into short random length stanzas to allow the reader to pause and ponder more, and also consider writing all in lower case.
