love is a word that can make one happy
or have the reverse and make people sad.
Love should be sincere and not false.

This is so infectuous. I read it minutes after you posted it, but had to put some time between it and me.
Again, love, art and youth lost in Alcohol and drugs, social expectation and genius-grinding time.
I find the Author notes strange in that your self-expectation was the canvass on which you splashed, slashed and dashed your guises, "some realistic, some benign, others tortured or threatening.
The last stanza is a summary of the entire poem and makes me want to cry too:
I cry as we pass our shadows needing more than paper and pen
Song died on kept knowledge working responsibility just popped the clutch and grab handful of gears and smoke

Thank you once again, APPRECIATE YOU COMING ALONG FOR THE SHARE, not many will get the jest of this poem, real world is a roller coaster, and life is but a chance to move hearts and souls, each canvas is more than a place to paint, for our gifts are often clouded by those that cross our paths.
