when all was said and done,
I'd hold my hero to me
and let him think he'd won.
Pure genius...you should use this to write a marriage seminar. It is the key to a happy life ..as a wife

I LOL throughout this perceptive view of the male/female 'game', Brooke.
Your final line clearly states us inferior males have no chance, and are easily led to BELIEVE we're sometimes winning, when we're nothing but also-rans in the battle of the sexes. :-)
