What a happy painting - often all religious art is depicting suffering - I like the happiness of your poem that joy is present.

Excellent poem about faith through the prism of a sincere, practicing Christian.
It evokes images of a young King David singing psalms to God's glory whilst watching over the sheep.
This aa/bb rhythm flows nicely and stately. It would sound lovely set to music and sung as a hymn.
Beautifully done, friend.

A stirring song with all the qualities of an uplifting hymn. It would be interesting to hear it set to music. The rhythm and the positive framework of the words give it a joyous sense.

Thank you Tony, for the encouraging review, comments and gracious, I'm not sure how the melody goes now, that can be fixed, I sung it in a couple of places, I thought it doubled well as a poem! Blessings, Roy.

A hymn or psalm really and very beautiful.
I liked that you kept the refrain as
Tell me where you'll be
GIVING the reader the opportunity to decide for themselves, by that I mean it made me ponder on by beliefs and where I thought I might be. Where I am now on my faith journey.
I loved this Roy.You managed to create an open ended song/hymn
That wasn't preachy.
Sorry I have no sixes, it is six worthy.

Thats a very nice picture, I like the white bird in the background, very symbolic! I am not a believer, but can tell that you are, it comes through in every line. Its a nice piece.
