That was such a gentle and compassionate message. I felt that..I especially love the ending. A personal conviction and statement of saying the only one I know who truly understands at any given time is God Almighty and I so felt that reading this without even saying..God. Wonderful! Only if we can rate more than 6 stars!

Gratitude bursting through each word and every line of your poem, Dawn. The rhyming couplets add to the serene tone of being loved and accepted by the best friend one could ever have - He is always there for us. Love Bridge Over Troubled Waters - brought back some old memories. 8-)

The focus how one can care so much. The storyline the qualities of an individual who respects, cares and understands another.
The rhyming brings the reader forward with the addition of the rhythm carrying you word by word.
The picture guides us out to the end of the pier and seeing the two friends sitting there exchanging a quiet moment.
