The flow is not so fluid, but it works well with the 'developing the thesis' style of your voicing. However, I do feel that either using minimal punctuation or caps would improve the ease of read (optional suggestion):

positive attitudes achieve goals
Change the world today
one smile at a time
or
Smiles change attitudes,
positive attitudes achieve goals.

A very good message, mystery poet. It all starts with a smile. It would be great if someone came up with a drug (no side effects) that made people smile. Then again, maybe that would be a bad thing. Anyway, enjoyed.
