Very good! Very well set up and suspenseful. It's a sad but true-to-life story about those afflicted with Dementia, Alzheimer's, or any other bad mental disorder.
Stories like these will help keep people informed!
Great work!!

A gripping real-life story of love battling it out with dreaded Alzheimer's disease. You have narrated well the rising symptoms of a patient and the pains and sufferings the patient as well as other relatives undergo. The title is also symbolic; if one loses his memory, it is as good as losing the key of life. Best of luck for the contest.

This is so sad. I know what a terrible toll Alzheimer's can take on ones body and ones loved ones. This is an interesting take on the lost theme. It's really good. Good luck in the contest.

Hi. Thanks for the review. It is autobiographical fiction...with a better ending.
Thanks again,

You know this hits home with me. Lucky Mary, that her husband is smart enough to make the right decision. I suspect the bruises hurt him more than her. An poignant, insightful story.

Hi. Thank you for the six, but mostly thank you for your comments. I wish it was so easy as Mary and Jack make it sound.
My partner and mines decisions with both fathers was much more messy and painfun. And still years later we wonder if we made the right choices.(and now with mom, it starts again)
I know you live with this as well. You area brave woman and a good one.

I think it's easier to handle with a husband as opposed to a parent. After all, a partner for life is someone you chose. Fate handed you a Mom and Dad who might not be as loveable. :-)
