Well you still have me intrigued. In the three or four chapters I have read, I have a pretty good idea of what is going on. I study Native American culture in my Spiritual search and my husband is part Creek. The author truly has a great knowledge of the culture. Well the "nogoodniks" are still around and so is our interest! Now we have a big celebration coming up. I'm hoping to read the next chapter soon. Very enjoyable! Congratulations!

I'd like to go to the celebration, but I don't think I'd like the food, especially the buffalo and gator; and I see enough prickly pears in my own back yard, that I wouldn't care to eat those either! Ha! Good chapter, Barbara!

Jim is a little surprised at how the Native American people not he reservation live and Soni explains to him about the conditions and the heritage and says the tradition are preserved. Then they eat and meal that was things harvested from the land.
