What a delightful and fun poem. I love the rhyme and rhythm as I read this. It is definitely a 6, but it is Sunday and I am trying to save a few...sorry. I really enjoyed this. Keep up the great work.

Hi Brooke - this is very well written - perfect in 9/8/9/8 syllables throughout and a good story. Some good use of alliteration, from the title FFF, tangled timbers. Also good simile used in 'cloud as black a raven's wings - good use of both metaphor 'world cloaked in clouds of fear' and personification in ' wondered if light can triumph'. Very well written. Warm regards Dorothy x

Love the title to this. It just rolled off my tongue. You tell an excellent story of a fantasy world where evil vs. good. A most common subject, but bears repeating because that's the kind of world we live in. Great rhyming; and a positive ending gives this its charm and beauty. Les

Hunter, Kaleb, Alivia and Catherine all give this fantastic poem a six. My grandchildren and the rest of the family loved it. As always, thank you so much for making us smile.

Ah from vultures to faeries - I see today is less spooky and more magical. :) Love the structure here and the story you tell through the piece.
