What a terrifying art work you chose for this writing. I loved the way you start off with such horror only to find its a Stephen King movie and ice cream. I don't think it was the ice cream at bedtime but Stephen King at bedtime. Smile.

I love the picture. I love the story. So you blamed the dream on ice cream. I am sure the Stephen King movie had nothing to do with it. Just the Stephen King movie would freak me out. I do not watch him in the day time, let allow night. He is now King of the thrillers. Great work.

Your story started well. It has no grammatical errors. However, the subject of waking to find it was only a dream has been done so many times. It would be a good horror story if it had a different ending.
