Loved your love poem for little Sawyer! And I had to chuckle at your author's notes about where, pray tell, to put his keys when he has pocketless pants! How early they learn to be independent!

Good poem with a good picture, good word flow and rhyming as you tell of the good things in life, that go together. Some for some people, and others for others.

Your poetry is so simplistic and neatly crafted. My poetry on the other hand is complex and deep. You write for the average reader of poetry and nothing is wrong with that just expressing the difference in poetry and writing. Anyways, this is another nicely written poem that expresses happiness with similes well described. Good job!

An artist whose palette is full of
words of love for her grandson which
she uses to dip her brush of into
to paint this beautiful mural of this
child whom anyone can see she adores.
Well done and good luck

Can't read this without smiling. Sounds like a pretty neat life. So he needs a pocket to carry his keys! Too cute, Brooke. He's going to have good eating habits. Lucky kid!

And his grandmother really knows how to rhyme! It's a smile promoting poem. Loved it! Good luck in the contest!!!

OH, BUT FOR THE SMALL THINGS, we cannot, could not really appreciate the great big things, we stand to learn so much from the joy of a child.

You really love your grandson, Brooke, and you show it so well and in so many different ways. Great stuff. Are you saving all these poems for him?

What a sweet show of your love for Sawyer. Simple, but precisely chosen words to create great imagery that the reader and Sawyer could dwell on.
Great rhyming

This is another great work. Sawyer has helped me see the wonderful combinations of love. Happily, I can say that love is all these and more. Best of luck in the contest.
