Very lovely, Brooke. Well, I'm with Sawyer, I don't like pants without pockets, either, but he can have his ideal dinner. Not for me. Such a cute poem, for such a sweet little boy. :>D Miss Sally

It is an endless source of wonder - how big a part Sawyer plays in inspiring your poetry :-) If ever there was a muse. . . .
But really, pickles and ketchup??? Doesn't he know about whipped cream cheese? (with dill spears, of course) LOL
Very cute poem :-)

Thanks so much, Leineco - he has a very limited menu he will eat from and some of it is downright peculiar - but he loves fruit and sweets, which is where we agree LOL :-) Brooke

Aww how adorable. I like the rythm and flow and the downright sweetness that's all in this one, Brooke. I take it this is a grand? I could write poems about my grandchildren all day long. Great poem.

A little boy with keys in his pockets. LOL This was a really fun poem; easy to read with awesome rhythm and rhyming. Always love art work with little Sawyer in them. Great job.

So endearing. He is growing so fast. They all do...
Perfect poem as always. I enjoyed this immensely. Can't find anything I would change.

The review gods won't let me say, "smile, smile, smile"' a zillion times. That's what this post does foe me though. As it happens, I just got off the phone with my daughter ... The subject, what those grandkids will eat , and what not! Always warm regards, Bill

Charming love poem. You have me hungry now with syrup on pancakes, berries in the jam and ice cream. You safely locked up a five from me, but yu have the key. Nicely written and it flows well, Blessing, Pat
