A great verse written in perfect form!
That we often hesitate to go beyond our assumed limits leads to a stunted life and restricted thinking.
Good thoughts.

A lovely photo again that complements your poem very well. Potato does take the occasion and goes in Sawyers fire house to inspect behind every door. Perfect meter.

Fun, Brooke. Sort of tosses the mind into a loop. So much to know, so many ideas that hardly make it to consciousness.
Great picture of the cat behind the door. Wonderful rhyming, as always. A very enjoyable read.

Very cool, Brooke. I was just thinking about this topic ... as in about five minutes ago. I was reading a quote on GoodReads by a famous author. Unfortunately, the exact quote and author escape me, but it was basically that you don't know your limits unless you explore them, and that it's better to explore and find out than do nothing, which you would regret later in life. Another winning poem.

It is not the destination but the journey that is important. It is not the answers we receive but the questions we ask that are potent. Very nicely done!

A perfect philosophical and commentary poem.
The poem flows smoothly in iambic tetrameter and the subject remains focused and clear throughout.
The presentation and image complement the words well.

Ah, Brooke. Something of a philosophical round robin
going on here. An interesting observation about how questions and answers form a spiraling double helix.
And all neatly and perfectly packaged in your
singular style.
And of the course the eternally curious cat provides the perfect symbol.
Peace, Lee

You'll always find me up in the early hours.
I especially like it in the winter. The silence is so much heavier. L

This was a mandatory two read and rate for me, the first was for the pure joy of poetry the second I fed upon making sure I digested the profound message, thank you for sharing this.

This is really cool Brooke, not just stylistically, but in the message that is conveyed here. It has a nice socially commentative feel here. Good work !
