all your writings have a tonal quality,
an artistic temperament that can not
be replicated by just anyone.
Now in this bit of poetic commentary
you bring to the fore that fear that
most people have of going outside their
circle of comfort and trying the other
side, where you may not always find comfort
or happiness, but if you don't try, you
will never know.

Hi Brooke,

I absolutely love that picture! I think it should be framed and hung. Wanna laugh? What came to my mind was that TV where people have to choose a door and gamble on the prize. (I watch that show only when I have a particular visitor here.)

Yes, there is so much in life to explore. Unless we open the doors, we won't know what knowledge we may gain.

We never know what's behind the door. So many questions that could be answered then more questions would come from that. Questions do have much to teach asking the right questions is not always easy either. Loved the picture and a perfect photo shoot for potato. Excellent rhythm and rhyme as always. Great read. Genya
