your ability to create a poem from a pic is now become legendary... and on most occasions there's that little extra in the way of a little piece of wisdom, a moral or something else that rings of special refrain... but this one reminds me... the slow, steady and measured, will get to their destination... yeah, one rung at a time.

What a delightful aphorism, Brooke. I don't often dish out six stars for such short poems but this one is a classic; pithy and to the point. Although Sawyer is your struggling hero in this case, it is advice that would sit well with many adults of my acquaintance.

This is an excellent, straight to the point poem that let's one know, in no uncertain terms that one must work to get what they want. No Superheroes are coming to save them. A great lesson in life to learn quickly! The picture is an excellent illustration of the point using a visual showing a boy climbing. A very effective combo!
