Wonderful metaphor for taking things one step at a time. I liked the reference ot Superman and the fact that he won't be flying in to help. Wonderful poem and great pacing. Nicely done. Gretchen

Amen to that, Brooke. This is truly the reality of life. Hard work one rung at a time, is how we reach a goal. Far too many these days want instant gratification while putting in very little work. This is excellent.
