Beautiful poem for a beautiful soul. I love the feeling of hope and beauty, the prayer to allow her to stay, to keep lifting us up with her spirit.

This is a beautiful and heartfelt to Maureen, Roy. Your words are so very descriptive. They brought tears to my eyes, and although I don't know Maureen, she is well loved here on Fanstory. The third stanza is particularly moving:
So fire a beacon on the hill,
A lighthouse on the rock,
A candle on your windowsill,
A set against time's clock.
This poem is well worth one of my coveted sixes. Thank you for sharing, Roy.
