We know it's a cold, cold world, but do we ever, ever get used to knowing that? I'd say NOOO! It's really too damn painful! I'm sorry you went through.
My hope is that you will continue to let it go and do the best you can in getting on with your life. NOT easy, I agree.
Who REALLY knows the hearts of others. No one on earth, far as I can tell. Many bright, talented folks crowd this globe, but far as I know, NONE can fully control or fully know...IMO, we're mostly on the same playing field, prov. speaking.

This is a very brave step. The sharing of the many emotions felt is so cleansing and so many offer inspiration and thoughtful caring.
How very sad it must have been to have suffered this, for yourself, and your children.
I admire your brave sharing and positivity as you seek positivity and happiness anew.
