It sounds beautiful to me, Sandra. I think it's 8/4/4/4 if I read that right. I love the artwork you used. It works so well with your Minute entry. Best wishes in the contest, sandra. Hugs, Drew

Sure must have written something right - congratulations on All Time Best status! There is a poem about a man who questioned god about not being there because there were no footprints in the sand - "My son, that is when I carried you." We all need to look up and live. Well done friend.

Hi Kay, thank you so much for you lovely words. I was given that poem, 'Footsteps in the Sand,' after my first husband died. it was such a comfort. That was nearly 30 years ago. I can't believe how quickly time has passed. Thank you again, my lovely friend. xsx Sandra

No blue doors at present!! You are the one that must open new doors to the future. Love, Kay.

Minute Poems can be difficult. You have a good flow of rhythm and rhymes. Good spiritual visual imagery. Nice message. Good work. Good luck in the contest.

Sandra, this is a truly magnificent piece of minute poetry. Your message of how He took you by the hand and walked you into the light of His love and saving grace. A very exceptional message that people whose souls may be lost should read. I wish you much luck in this contest. My very best and love to you,,,,,,,,Jim xxxx

I don't know much about minute poetry but I have read quite a bit of it recently. It is an interesting form and I think you have handled it expertly, especially considering this is your first attempt. I like your phrase 'the dunes of happiness'. Good luck in the contest!

Thank you, Faye. You always give me lovely reviews. Then I started thinking, I don't see much of your writing, and realised I am not on your fan list! Just rectified that! Sorry it took me so long, thank you again, Faye, you have been a great friend, and I hope you will find I am a good friend of yours too. :) Sandra

A beautifully written Minute poem, Sandra. Geesh, this is your first one? I would have never known had I not read your author's notes. The rhyming seemed perfect, and you chose an uplifting topic with a very positive message.
I should think you'll do very well in the contest.
Your presentation was stunning as well.
Great work, and best of luck!
