What was Reagan once said- trees cause pollution? Trees are indeed a gift, not just for the eyes, but really are the lungs of the planet. Needless to say, I'm a fellow tree-hugger.

As a tree-hugger myself, I felt every word of your poem is true. Trees are living creations of God and should be respected. Our lives would be much, much harder without all the gifts created by trees. Excellent contest entry. Best of luck.

One of the best gifts God ever came through with, much better than volcanoes, say. Or Ebola. Now I have to leaf. Ha!
