Fine children's poem describing things God created with color.
This ladybug is golden, they used to be red...
When God created color,
I bet He had in mind
the lovely little lady bug
with polka dot behind.
Nice rhymes.

Love this! I often wonder at the imagination of God, how did He come up with so many beautiful, amazing things. Well He's God of course.
Really enjoyed this one as I do all of them. Rox =}

You must have a very, very lovely lawn and or garden. The little details, the tiny, are brightly visual and I was nodding my way through the poem the entire time. Loren

Oh how great! I love this colorful poem. The items you name are a joy to see. Wouldn't it be sad if we were all in a black and white world? Great job!

I wondered if that last line was "satorial". Not exactly a punchline or comprehension clue. Spellcheck turned my question to sartorial-to do with clothes. So much for big words. Neat. Five.

how soon can we expect to see your book of children's poems?
Solid abcb rhymes as usual
Excellent alliteration and perfect enjambment.
God created every colour combination you could imagine and this is very obvious when we look at all the different specie of animal

Another excellent rhyme - I love the natural imagery and the photo is spot on! I like the simplicity of the message and the language used to convey the colourful world we live in. Excellent poem, Brooke! Best wishes, Pete :)
