Wow, thank you for the six stars. I am glad my words touched you. We all grieve at a different pace, but I still have my moments of pain. I appreciate your words of encouragement. - Judy

The premise here is so true. I am not widowed, but divorced and it's a similar mourning period. In ways more painful as the man I loved is still alive, married to someone else....rejection is a bitter pill to swallow. But eventually one adjusts and moves forwards. It is a challenge still, but does get easier. Love the way you wrote this. Stay strong!

Thank you so much and I agree, similar mourning process and period. The first book I read on grief shortly after Dave died was called The Grief Club by Melody Beattie. This book had stories of grief by those women widowed and divorced. A good read if you are interested. -Judy

Your essay is positive and uplifting. I like your focus on God's plan for you and your daily devotional and reading the Bible. Your words remind the reader how important it is to carry on after the death of a loved one.

This essay is short, concise, and well-written. I'm sure it will offer inspiration and encouragement to those who read it on your blog for widows. Losing a spouse can be devastating. The process of grieving and recovery is different for each person, but it is helpful to know that maybe there will finally be light at the end of the tunnel.

The faith that you have in God has carried you forward, we must not dwell on depressing things because life is about living and not about the negatives. I admire your courage and it obviously helps to write about it, too. Well written commentary which I am sure will give others hope and comfort. Faye

This article you have written and especially those of us who believe. I'm glad you went through the seasons after the sad loss of your husband, i've experienced similar things in my life, particularly when it comes to purposes, and really it is only some sort of self justification that we need to have a purpose! Soloman knew, he said in Ecclesiates to serve God, that covers it all! Well done with your writing this articulate and very helpfull article, it is your tetimony, and therefore the word of God and very powerful, for those that bathe in its ointment! Well done, blessings, Roy

I'm assuming when you speak about the passage of time since your last post, you mean the blog?

This is a good one to resume your posting with.

Congratulations on finding a need to fulfill with others and slotting your experience into it.

This is a neat and entertaining message for your readers, as you report the change in your status and your prospects for the coming times. It is very well done, and I am impressed.

And I am also impressed, and a bit envious, to find this level of faith. I am certain it is good.
