I love the words to your poem
As always they are a delight to read. your poems always make me smile just like my little mam.
My time does fly, he moving up. I know he will love his class.

A superb smooth flowing quatrain. The rhythm of the poem is excellent, the abcb format works perfectly here. The children you pick for your poems perfectly match the poems upbeat qualities. Every time you look at a loved one's smile you see a beautiful sunbeam, what could be more warming and poetic than that.

Again another Sawyer poem, with his sparkling eyes likened to a sunbeam. The message at the last stanza is a truth that appeals to all readers I guess. Lovely, excellent as usual. God bless.

Imaginative and filled with wonderful tidbits. 93 million miles. Hiding a sunbeam isn't possible, too bright. And the twinkling from the eyes.
Loved it. His smile in the picture is perfect.
Excellent.
