This is such a lovely story poem with an age old moral attached that will always inspire - no matter how far away we roam or what wishes we seek to pursue there is no place like home. Beautifully penned and I thank you so much for sharing this with me.

What a delightful story poem for children. It teaches about dinosaurs as well as having a little "there's no place like home" message. Evi

This is a superb story in a poem, Brooke. Perfect with the dinosaurs. I'm glad he woke up in his own bed and wasn't dino food. Have a blessed day, my friend~Debbie

The rhyming of this is outstanding and perfectly paced. The way the poem was gradually layered was just super. It had an introduction, a full body, and then a great ending.

Hello there~!
Ah! What a wonderful tale with such a lovely message. My mother is an artist and when I was in elementary school I saw one of her paintings of a small house. My mother always captioned all her works and this particular one had 'Wherever I may roam, there is no place like Home.' I remember that very well. It was beautiful and true.
Love your poem which delivers almost the same message as my mother's painting.
Great Job!
JazakAllah Khair~!
(God Bless~!)

What an adventure. One thing I definitely have decided from reading your wonderful story, I do not want to nor do I intend to visit any part of the past. LOL. This was an exciting adventure story that I thoroughly enjoyed. Keep up the good work as I know you undoubtedly will.

What a magical dream adventure, and so perfectly written as a story poem for young children.
I thoroughly enjoyed it too. Lol.
If only we all could scrunch up our eyes after a wrong turn in life and have normality return.

This is an excellent "Dr, Seuse" type of poem, Brooke. It's one that children would really enjoy and want to hear again and again. One of your best, and that's saying something.
