totally self explanatory poem, telling us the whole scenario in a few short lines. I can imagine it, the before and after- and as I believe people when they tell me things, I have read your write ups and can see why- clearly written, straight forward style-

I guess it must be serious of your getting 2 pints of blood but at least you're sleeping. I remember getting a transfusion of to find myself one time an outline of is very tedious and the weight was unbearable but my strength to come back.
The tanka was written very well and except for your satori or third line which wasn't that effective But some tankas' really don't need a third line summary.
Your whole tanka was very descriptive and positively and eloquently expressive throughout your tanka. Good luck in the contest and may the Lord be with you always my friend. 0 By the Way you picture is lovely with the kitty finally getting to sleep complement your own quite effectively.
