What a cute kid, so full of happiness and life. If there is anything in this world that is a reflection of God, it is children. I think with " the dappled dancing plumage/ of eagle's wings in flight" that whether intending to or not, you captured the visual of her skirt as well as her soul.

What a magnificent home in July days and in tribute to a wonderful looking in a beautiful girl. I have one suggestion though. Not to take anything away from the picture but if you made it medium instead of large I can see why I'm leading the poem.
Your rhyming quatrains were done very well in either of your rhymes forced nor labored while your rhythm flowed smoothly throughout your writing and your rhyming help with the rhythmic flow.
The imagery that you used in this writing was very descriptive and eloquently expressed in throughout your writing: "Like a gem beyond all value, Captures, holds God's holy light,...". This are some wonderful lines.
