That was superb, you hit the nail right on the head. I loved it, the greatest thing in writing is satire and especially in poetic rhyming form. The animals will get the blame, not you, for poking fun at the inane reviewers like the one in the poem who said that the haiku was too long. I wont repeat what one man wrote to me about haikus, it is unrepeatable! Your rhymes were great, great wit and personification of animals super. Great picture, too. You deserve to win, that was very creative. Good luck in the contest. Faye

This humorous poem is fantastic! It has a nice flow and rhythm. It reveals the prompt so well. It presents images of the animals through art work as well as the description. It is so much fun to read it. For its poetic value I give six stars.

I just had to give this a six. I loved the way the animals discussed fan story and thought it was so humorous. Oh yes, the reviewers.... need to be careful what l say here or the elephant will get me... he never forgets. A brilliant piece of work which met the criteria exactly. A well deserved six.
