I suppose greed and vengeance are both very powerful drivers, but together, Barry has a lot of motivation. This is another fine and well crafted chapter.

I can see I'm reading backwards as I reviewed the next chapter prior to reading this one. that being said, I liked the way you set up the dark figure sitting at the table. Added so much intrigue that could not but otherwise turn the page to read on. Loren

Possibly a mine prospector. The tunnels, catacombs would be a good place to take shelter from the elements. The Bard's imagination is big.he thinks of a Yeti. So we wait to see who this mystery man is? Maybe the person of interest is a fugitive escaping justice, fleeing from the law. An escaped convict, there are many possibilities. Meanwhile the manhunt is going down. Barry won't let that doubloon escape. His madness is fueled by greed. Grammar looks shipshape. Count you gold nugget, outlaw. HUMOR Wackydo...

I think I know who that is in the mine. It is Petticoat, isn't it! Bard finds petticoat and then entices Barry into the trap. Oh yeah! Ha. We'll see. A great action pcacked chapter. We are set up for the delivery. Carry on!!!

Great place to stop. There are so many hidden individuals in the world that only on occasion are discovered. Can't wait to learn who this one is.

One little boo boo

"Shh. Shh. Everyone quiet. Shh. Do you (here) that?" --should be (hear)

An attempt to stop from blowing the main entrance to the mind has been stopped. Barry is after his money. SO are the cops. They discover another human being in the mind. He had to get there somehow. I love the strain. Hope it is time for the FBI. Great work.

There was I expecting a yeti to be seated at the table! Incompetent officers let the Sergeant get away and Barry is in pursuit. We shall see who gets the cash. I hope the mine is not blown up, but you wouldn't do that! Interesting chapter, drawing to a close? Enjoyable as always. Faye
