Spring has its own suprises. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very interesting read. There is good imagery.

Nice rhythm in this rhymes poem full of images of the seasons fighting to change. I thought polor bears were white all year round. They are alway white in zoos during spring and summer.
The snow leapard is my favorite big cat. This is a very good picture of one.
Keep writing.

Thank you, DP! LOL. Polar bears are white. Some of the verses are a bit of a spoof. I have a hard time not being silly sometimes. I figure if they're in there dens, it's dark, so therefore the bear is black. Just kidding. Stands to reason though, lol. :)MW

You're welcome, MoonWillow.
I would think the white fur would show up in the darkness of the den. So if you happen to amble into a polar bear's den, you would see it and scidaddle out of there.

Maybe this is essentially about Free Will? God gave us Free Will, though unlike Nature, He's omniscient and omnipotent. If there is no Free Will, mystery and fascination are gone and there is boring, predictable, meaningless slavery.
Maybe I've missed the proverbial boat, but I love the imagery conjured by this poem. Very lively and beautiful.

Mike, thank you ever so much. I really had no thought on a deep meaning to this, but you are totally right... if things were predictable, life would be very boring. Again, thank you for the beautiful comments. :)MW

Thank you, Rebekka. It seems our winters are really hanging in there every year now. Last year there was still snow in many places up into May. Again, thank you! :)MW
