I bet you're in demand for story telling, Brooke. LOL! I love it. I've never heard of this biblical character before - what a great name. I can fully understand the poetic inspiration.

There's such fun in this story. The humorous use of the names, the way you portrayed their stubbornness.

There's also a message - a lesson to be learned.

Very clever. I really enjoyed it.

Av, thank you so much :-) I love the little ones, especially the teeny tiny youngest age group. Brooke

That's quite a handle--I'd call him Zee as well! Thanks for sharing your Bible School's lessons. I enjoyed your storytelling, along with your rhymed quatrains and alliteration of "s's". Cheers- Joan

A very cute story in a poem, Brooke. Good luck in the contest. I didn't know one was coming up or I would have saved one of my stories in a poem. LOL. Very well done. MIss Sally

Hello there~!
Ah! That is some awesome message you've conveyed in this poem. This is a story to remember.
BTW, I love the name Zerubabell and Tobias as well.
They're kinda different.
Good Luck!

A wonderful tale written in perfect rhyme. My husband and I were storytellers a few weeks ago at our vacation Bible School. What fun --- but we didn't have Zerubbabel to learn to say.

Another great children's poem with a excellent moral.

Blessings
Janet

Ah, if I could write tales
for children like you do, I
would give up working and just
sit and write these wonderful
tales to these lands of make believe
which one never gets tired of.
Well done and good luck

This was a fun Poem Brooke with a good message on compromise.
Nothing gets done at all when everyone is stubborn. The picture of course is very cute as usual. Nice work. Nancy

'Z.....B......' is an exceptionally well-written and entertaining piece. This story carries an important message. "Don't put it off until it's too late". This talented poet's work was a pleasure to both read and review.

I would bet the people in your vacation bible school would love to meet Zee and Tee. A delightful story of two would-be sailors who can't agree or compromise. Definitely a lesson to be learned from this one, Brooke. Nicely done. Rod
