John, thank you so much :-) I have no idea why Sawyer is making that exaggerated face. Chloe kisses his cheek quite often, and he usually looks calm about it. LOL Brooke

Another great poem. I am amazed at the quantity and quality of your work. How often have I had my day all planned out only to be interrupted by unforeseen events. Happily, some of those interruptions were the unexpected kiss.

I loved your rhymes and rhythm. There's a slight change of beat in the second to last stanza, isn't there? I guess I didn't know if the accent should be on 'She SA/shayed or "SHE sashayed". Seems to read well both ways. Maybe I'll learn something here. Well done, Brooke.
